Stay table

The Stay table collection offers a variety of tabletop shapes. With a rectangular tabletop, the table is available as standard at a height of 730 mm, ranging from L1950 mm to L4800 mm. The tabletop comes in standard widths of B900 mm to 1150 mm. This wooden table is a versatile meeting and conference table with an angled trestle leg design that allows for flexible seating arrangements around the entire table.

Designed by Ulf Linder & Kristina Lindqvist, the Stay table family also includes round and oval tables, providing a complete solution for interior design.

All tables in the Stay collection are easily customizable in size, shape, and surface material/color. For tabletops longer than 2400 mm, the design includes a split tabletop option.

Product specifications & construction

Table certified with Möbelfakta and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). Frameless wooden table with angled, turned legs on trestles, offering unrestricted seating. Glue-free assembly and designed for a circular furniture flow. A modern and minimalist design.

The tabletop core is a reworkable 24 mm environmentally certified birch plywood. The seamless top surface is covered with sandable thick veneer (1.5 mm), HPL, Desktop Linoleum, Kayar, or customer-selected materials. The underside of the tabletop is pre-drilled and prepared with M6 threaded inserts for easy assembly and disassembly of table legs, facilitating the reuse and circularity of the table.

The table edge features visible birch plywood to reduce the variety of materials used. Rounded edge radius of 7 mm, with a 35 mm bevel for a soft design. Corner radius of 35 mm for a gentle tactile feel. // oval tabletop R600.

Angled trestle legs in solid wood with slanted, turned table legs stabilized by a transverse turned stretcher, with optional positioning in two settings toward the short side. Rubber floor protectors nailed on for stability against the floor.

The trestles are assembled with plywood blocks for optimal material usage. Stabilizing angled visible metal fittings that enclose the cross stretcher, centered and attached without glue, in RAL 9003 or custom color.

Trestle blocks are mounted to the tabletop glue-free with bolts for easy assembly/disassembly into the tabletop’s pre-installed threaded inserts.

Disassemblable with hand tools, allowing for reassembly after refurbishment or part replacement, maintaining function and stability. Free clearance from the floor to the underside of the tabletop is >700 mm. The table comes with a 5-year warranty and spare parts guarantee of 10 years.
