What can you do with existing furniture
In Lundbergs RekondAnalys, the purpose is for you to quickly gain a good overview of the furniture in the project, know what you can do with them in a refurbishment, and how they can work together with new furniture in the project. Additionally, an approximate estimation of prices for the refurbishment of the furniture and the CO2 savings it entails.

Step 1-3
Step 1: Create an overview
For a successful reuse project, documentation of existing furniture in a good way is needed. For this, we will need pictures of the furniture you want to refurbish and some information about them. We help you with how to photograph and what information we need.
Step 2: The assessment
When the inventory is completed, we at Lundbergs go in and make an initial assessment of the furniture.
We provide you with written documentation of what you can do with the furniture and also in what ways you can coordinate it with new furniture in the project if it is relevant. The assessment is made both based on the furniture's reuse potential and the economic aspect of the reuse. The goal is for you to feel confident when you work with the project.
Step 3: Price estimation & CO2 assessment
When we know what you want to do with existing furniture and how they should be combined with new furniture, we provide you with an estimated price for the refurbishment and an estimated CO2 saving. In this way, you have full control over your project
Your needs determine the price
1-5 furniture types; 4,800 SEK excl. VAT
6-10 furniture types; 6,300 SEK excl. VAT
11 or more furniture types: You need help from an actor who works with complex reuse projects
What do we mean by furniture type? It is a piece of furniture of the same model and construction. Small differences between different year models can occur, the model is still classified as a furniture type.
