Oas Big are truly large round wooden tables, designed by Sigrid Strömgren, suitable for both dining rooms and offices.

The external legs, which align flush with the tabletop, contribute to the table's Japanese-inspired design. Depending on the size of the tabletop, it is either solid or split. The table collection includes sizes that, as standard, accommodate 4, 6, 8, or 12 chairs. All tables in the family can integrate electrical solutions.

For this round table model, the Tova-S chair is recommended. With its soft curves, it pairs perfectly with the round table. The chair can also be hung under the tabletop to free up space for cleaning.

Oas Big is certified with Möbelfakta.

The table is certified with Möbelfakta and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). A round, apron-free table with external legs made of solid wood. It features glue-free assembly and is designed for a circular furniture flow. The round table boasts a timeless design, creating a distinctive impression and offering comfortable seating around the table.

The tabletop core is 21 mm environmentally certified birch plywood, adaptable for modifications. It has a seamless surface clad with sandable thick veneer (1.5 mm), HPL, DT Linoleum, Kayar, or customer choice. The underside of the tabletop is pre-drilled and fitted with M6 threaded inserts for easy assembly and disassembly of the legs, facilitating reuse and circularity of the table.

For tabletops larger than Ø1500, the top is divided, with the sections joined and reinforced with recessed metal connectors.

The table edge is visible birch plywood to minimize the number of material types in the table. It features a rounded chamfer (R20, 25 mm) for a soft design. The edge radius is 2–3 mm. At the division point, the plywood edge is straight and open.

The table has 4 or 3 legs with a rounded outer side (radius 60) and a straight inner side tapering toward the floor. At the top, the leg encloses the table edge. Rubber feet are attached for floor stability.

The metal bracket for the legs, in RAL 9003, is recessed into the underside of the tabletop. The bracket is assembled glue-free and remains concealed.

Legs and brackets are assembled without glue using bolts, ensuring easy assembly and disassembly with the tabletop’s pre-installed threaded inserts.

The table is detachable using hand tools, allowing reassembly after refurbishment or part replacement while maintaining functionality and stability. The clearance from the floor to the underside of the tabletop is >700 mm.

The table comes with a 5-year warranty and a 10-year spare parts warranty.
