Webinar January 2026; Focus on Material Knowledge

03 November 2025
Hösten webbinarium med Lundbergs Möbler (1)

Knowledge directly from our table factory.

We kick off 2026 with three short and concrete lunch webinars in January. We address specific questions we often receive – both from architects, project managers, and from our own daily life as furniture manufacturers. The webinars are short, free of charge, and filled with practical knowledge. You'll gain insights, principles, and tips you can apply directly in your next interior design project.

All webinars will be held in Swedish.

WEEK 3

Material Knowledge for Tables

What is really the difference between high-pressure laminate, linoleum, veneer, and kayar? In this webinar, we dissect functional properties, feel, durability, and climate impact of different surface materials used on tables for public environments.

We go through where the materials are best suited depending on the environment and usage level, what the pros and cons are, and how they perform in terms of lifespan and the possibility for reconditioning. You'll also gain insight into the carbon footprint from cradle to grave, and what possibilities the materials have for being reconditioned and reused for a circular interior solution.

WEEK 4
How the Interior Designer Affects Emissions in Furniture Production

Can the architect's choices affect emissions in furniture production?

Yes, they can. In this webinar, we show how small decisions in the design phase – such as dimensions, design language, and material choices – impact both waste, production efficiency, and carbon footprint.

We call it green measures – principles that help you think circularly and design with consideration for the manufacturing conditions. It's not about choosing a specific measure from a list, but understanding which choices make a difference in practice.

You will receive three concrete tips that you can use directly in your next project.

WEEK 5
Good Acoustics at Tables & Chairs

How do different table constructions and surface materials affect the sound environment?

We demonstrate how small choices can make a big difference for conversation environments and concentration, especially in public spaces with many tables and chairs. You'll get to see measurable results and concrete tips for better acoustics in interior design projects.
