The journey towards sustainability has only just begun
Lundbergs Möbler, with its solid history in the Swedish furniture industry, has taken a big step forward by welcoming Helen Berntsson as a new co-owner. Helen, who is the marketing manager, now shares ownership with Stefan Lundberg, who continues as CEO.
Together, they look forward to continuing to develop Lundbergs Möbler as a leading player in circular wooden table solutions.
With the new ownership structure, the company continues its already started journey towards sustainability, but now with the ambition to take this work to the next level. Lundbergs Möbler actively works to understand the transition from a linear to a circular business concept and has launched EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) for all its tables in August.
"This marks an important step towards increasing understanding and actively working to reduce environmental impact and create more sustainable tables," says Helen Berntsson.
